What is included:
- One on one coaching and support to help you make the wellness and lifestyle changes you want. These sessions could be done face to face, over the phone, or via Skype.
- The write up of your wellness plan after the session.
- Email support between sessions.
- Informative handouts on health and wellness tips.
*Although short term personal coaching is available, in order to create truly lasting results, I generally work with my clients for 3 to 6 months at a time. This will allow you to make long lasting changes and ensure the success of your health and wellness goals.
